Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut the 2 cleanly washed eggplants lengthwise.

Microwave the eggplant for 3-4 minutes to remove moisture.

In a glass bowl, stir well with garlic, cheongyang red pepper, 2 spoons of soy sauce, 2 spoons of oligosaccharide, and 1 spoon of vinegar.

Place 1 piece of butter in pan and cook eggplant back and forth until golden brown.
