Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Please prepare the ingredients.

Add pollack roe (1 tbsp), mayonnaise (4 tbsp), and wasabi (1 tbsp) and make pollack roe mayo. Add mayonnaise (1 tablespoon) and wasabi (1 teaspoon) and also make wasabi mayo. (Tip. It's better to make pollack roe, mayonnaise, and wasabi ratio by adjusting it to your taste.)

Put frying powder and water in a bowl to make a batter, then put whelk in it and coat it with batter.

Pour cooking oil into the wok, heat it up over medium-low heat, add the whelk and fry it deliciously. Spoon the remaining batter and fry it. (Tip. If you heat up the oil on high heat, it may burn as soon as you put in the fried food.)

Place fried whelks on kitchen towel and remove grease.
