Mix webfoot octopus in the sauce and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Slice the onions 1cm apart, peel the carrots and slice them thinly.
Slice red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and green onion sideways. Chop the garnish chives into small pieces.

Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions while stirring to make green onion oil.
