Stir-fried webfoot octopus with spicy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Please prepare the ingredients first.
I cooked the webfoot octopus with something already trimmed,
Turn the raw webfoot octopus over the head, remove the ink bottle and intestines, add thick salt and flour, and wash it.

If you want to make it for a side dish, you can take out the vegetables.
STEP 2/13
Put water in a saucepan, add 1 tablespoon of refined rice wine and a pinch of salt, and bring to a boil.
Cheongju (soju) is for removing odors, but if you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.

When the water boils, add the webfoot octopus and blanch it for about 30 seconds.

Rinse webfoot octopus in water, drain and cut into appropriate sizes.

Please make the sauce in the bowl.
Add 3 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of red pepper paste, 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, a little ginger powder, and a little pepper and mix well.

Mix webfoot octopus in the sauce and marinate for about 20 minutes.

Please trim the vegetables.
Slice the onions 1cm apart, peel the carrots and slice them thinly.
Slice red pepper, cheongyang pepper, and green onion sideways. Chop the garnish chives into small pieces.
Cut the sprout into bite-size pieces.

Put 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan and stir-fry green onions while stirring to make green onion oil.

When the scented green onion comes up, add the onion and carrot and stir-fry for about a minute.

Add seasoned webfoot octopus, red pepper, and cheongyang pepper and stir-fry quickly, stirring to mix evenly.

Remove from heat and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and sesame seeds.
