STEP 1/6
First, I'll make pickled cucumbers. While the cucumbers are being pickled, we can grill beef and prepare salad vegetables, right?
Slice one cucumber as thinly as possible. Add 1/2 spoon of flower salt and pickle. It'll be deliciously pickled in 15 to 20 minutes. Squeeze the pickled cucumbers.
STEP 2/6
I'll cut the beef sirloin into bite-size pieces. The thickness of beef is 0.3mm, which is neither thin nor thick. It would be perfect for a salad, right?
STEP 3/6
Place beef on an oiled frying pan. Season with salt and pepper. And flip it over and bake it.
STEP 4/6
I'll make the dressing.
5 spoons of olive oil, 3 spoons of balsamic vinegar, 2 spoons of lemon juice, 2 spoons of honey,
1 tsp salt, a bit of thick pepper
Mix them all evenly.
STEP 5/6
Shall we put all the ingredients in a delicious way?
Place pickled cucumbers and sweet corn on top of salad vegetables. Place roast beef in the middle. Lastly, sprinkle muesli and then balsamic dressing to complete!
STEP 6/6
I did plating! Beef salad with beef, fresh salad, and pickled cucumber is completed. The reason why I chose pickled cucumbers is because the taste of beef and cucumbers is good. Delicious, healthy, yet filling beef salad! I'm always hungry when I'm on a diet, but eating beef definitely lasts a long time. Why don't you try making it?
You can choose the vegetables in the salad according to your preference or refrigerator situation. If you're going to add cucumbers, try pickled cucumbers. The texture is firm and the taste is good.
