  • Oats
    40g
  • Milk
    suitably
  • Banana
    1/2ea
  • peanut butter
    1t
  • Banana
  • Blueberry
  • Cereal
  • Hampseed
  • tooth seed
  • peanut butter
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Pour 40g of oat and oat milk together and bring to a boil.
Measure the oat milk until the oat is submerged
STEP 2/5
Add 1/2 mashed bananas when it is about to boil.
STEP 3/5
Add mashed bananas and mix well.
STEP 4/5
And add 1t of peanut butter
STEP 5/5
You can add whatever you want to add to the toppings. I usually add bananas, blueberries, chia seeds, hamp seeds, and granola and sometimes add a ton of peanut butter if I think it's not sweet enough!
If you want oatmeal to be a little moist, add enough oat milk to soak, and if you want oatmeal to be a little thick, don't add too much oat milk!
