You can add whatever you want to add to the toppings. I usually add bananas, blueberries, chia seeds, hamp seeds, and granola and sometimes add a ton of peanut butter if I think it's not sweet enough!
If you want oatmeal to be a little moist, add enough oat milk to soak, and if you want oatmeal to be a little thick, don't add too much oat milk!
