Cooking Steps

Wash radish and cut it ugly

Soak it for 1-2 hours with salt for 1-2 hours

Cut the green onion into the length of your finger lengths.

Put all the fine ingredients in the blender and grind them all.

Put the ground ingredients in a large bowl

Add all the seasoning ingredients except salt and mix them.

Mix all the seasoning, taste it, and add salt if you don't have enough seasoning.
I added 1 tablespoon of medium-thick salt, and the amount of salt is adjusted to suit my taste.

Rinse pickled radishes slightly in water and drain them through a sieve.

If you don't have fruit when making the sauce, you can replace it with 0.5 cups of broth and 0.5 cups of apple juice. Grinding apples or pears together tastes much cooler. Add or decrease the amount of red pepper powder or salt to your liking.
