Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Remove the skin of the sweet potato sprouts~
I bought peeled sweet potatoes
If you want to peel it easily, it comes off well once you blanch it

Add 1 spoon of salt to boiling water and sweet potato soup
Boil it for about 5 minutes and rinse it in cold water a few times
