(HACCP) # Fish cake tofu lasagna with cheese
I made lasagna-style food using fish cake and tofu. I made a dish based on the filling of dumplings and it's really delicious.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/17
Cooking was mainly made using (HACCP) certified products.
STEP 2/17
First, wash the tofu and cut it in half
Set the air fryer at 200 degrees and turn it for 10 minutes.
STEP 3/17
And for fish cake, beat 2 eggs and soak them in the front and back.
STEP 4/17
Put oil on the frying pan and mix the front and back
Grill until golden.
STEP 5/17
Put about 5 dumplings in a big bowl and cut them into small pieces with scissors.

Stir-fry chopped dumplings in a pan over medium heat

And season with the beef bulgogi sauce on the market
All. Add 5 spoons of sauce, please. (Stir-fry on high heat for 10 minutes.)

Put the well-fried dumplings in a bowl with the sauce.

And put the well-cooked fish cake on top.

Put it in the air fryer and add mozzarella cheese on top
Please sprinkle it.

Add corn flakes for a crispy texture.
Heat the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for 5 to 10 minutes.

When the cheese melts, it's done!!
