STEP 1/6
Add the amount of hotteok mix, dry yeast, 180ml of water, and 3 spoons of cooking oil.
It's not that hard because you can follow what's behind the hotteok mix box.
STEP 2/6
Now, I'm going to mix the ingredients evenly, right? Mix it so that the batter gets tangled into one.
STEP 3/6
Now you have to spread the dough thinly. If you just put the dough, the dough may stick, so sprinkle some extra powder and spread it thinly on top of it.
I left out a spoonful of hotteok mix? I can use flour, right?
STEP 4/6
Place a moderate amount of jam mix for hotteok on top of thinly sliced dough. And roll it up.
STEP 5/6
Now cut it into the right size. Place parchment paper in oven pan and top with cinnamon rolls.
STEP 6/6
I'll put it in the oven and bake it.
I baked the top side at 180 degrees for 15 minutes. And I turned it upside down and baked it for 10 minutes.
When rolling the cinnamon roll dough, I tried to dry it tightly by pulling it little by little so that it wouldn't get loose. I think that's how it looks better.
