Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Chop up 1/4 onions.
STEP 2/6
Wash the chives clean and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
STEP 3/6
Dark soy sauce 3T red pepper powder 3T sugar 2/3T
Make the sauce by adding 2/3T vinegar and 1/2T sesame oil and 1T sesame seeds.

Bake the smoked duck in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
If you use an air fryer, preheat it to 180 degrees and bake it for 5 minutes.
