Seafood risotto. [A lot of seafood!]! I made it with tomato sauc
Do you like risotto? I prefer rice to flour. If I want to eat noodles or rice, I usually choose rice. I feel bloated after eating flour food, but I feel comfortable after eating food made of rice. Of course, I eat pasta often, but I'm craving more rice today. Instead of pasta, I added rice and made risotto. It's delicious to make it with a lot of mussels and shrimp and tomato sauce. As expected, the rich taste of seafood is very good.

Cooking Steps

I'll cut the vegetables first. Chop the red paprika, green pepper and onion into small pieces.

I'll trim the mussels.

Wash the frozen shrimp thoroughly and remove the water.

Place the cleanly trimmed mussels in the frying pan. Add 1 cup of water or broth.
To be honest, I made risotto while making mussel soup? So I added a cup of mussel soup. I think it'll taste better if you add a soup full of mussels. If you don't have it, you can just add water and make it delicious enough.

When the mussel begins to open its mouth, add chopped vegetables and sweet corn. Season with salt and pepper.

Now add the shrimp and cook, mixing evenly. Cook until the shrimp is fully cooked.

Now add the tomato sauce and rice.
The ingredients are already cooked, so once the tomato sauce boils, it's done. Cook, stirring constantly, until rice and the rest of the ingredients are well in tomato sauce.
