Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Slice the carrots thinly and chop the chives at 5-6cm intervals.
STEP 2/6
Cut the well-prepared bellflower into bite-size pieces, then add 2/3 tablespoons of thick salt and rub it 'thickly'.

And wash it in bottled water and drain it.
STEP 4/6
In a pan covered with 2 tbsp perilla oil, stir-fry 2/3 tbsp of minced garlic slightly, then add bellflower roots and stir-fry.
STEP 5/6
When the bellflower is somewhat out of breath, add shredded carrots and season with 1/2 teaspoon of fine salt.

And after adding the chives, add 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds and mix them together.
