Dakgaejang! [Warm soup is the best when it's cold!]
It's gotten quite cold these days, right? Maybe that's why I wanted to have hot soup. So I made chicken soup. But I didn't buy raw chicken and made it, but I did a little trick. It's cumbersome to buy raw chicken and prepare it. That's! Costco rotisserie chicken! I removed the flesh of the already delicious rotisserie chicken and boiled the rice to make broth. After filtering out the broth well, I put seasoned chicken meat and vegetables into it and boiled it. Today is a simple version of chicken soup.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
First, we need to separate the chicken's bones from the flesh, right? Put the chicken breast and chicken leg meat separately. Please put the bones separately, too.
I'm going to use chicken breast for chicken soup. It's good to eat chicken leg meat as it is, so I can just eat it's good, right?
You just have to rip the chicken breast into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Put the chicken bones in the pot. Please add 2L of water. Add 10 whole garlics together and simmer.
STEP 3/9
After boiling for about 40 minutes, the soup comes out milky. The ripe garlic comes to mind. Let's just leave the garlic and take out the bones, right?
STEP 4/9
Shall we start cooking the chicken soup now?
Cut the green onion into 5cm long pieces and cut it into 4 pieces. Cut the bean sprouts into the same length as the green onions.
STEP 5/9
Place 2 cups of torn chicken in a large bowl. Add 2 spoons of red pepper powder, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, and 2 spoons of cooking wine and mix well.
Mix chicken with seasoning and marinate it for about 10 minutes to make the chicken taste better.
STEP 6/9
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of red pepper powder into the pot for the chicken to boil. Add pre-cut green onions and garlic cube and stir-fry. You have to heat it on low so that the red pepper powder doesn't burn.
STEP 7/9
Put in the chicken broth. Add the seasoned chicken, too. And you can boil it'
STEP 8/9
When the chicken soup boils, add bean sprouts for the last time. Boil it until the bean sprouts are cooked.
STEP 9/9
Add 2 spoons of soy sauce. If you add salt to the seasoning, it's done.
