Today, I made a pretata using potatoes. Fritata is an Italian omelet. It's a dish where you mix eggs and put various ingredients such as vegetables and meat in it. Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Slice the peeled potatoes thinly.
STEP 2/8
Place sliced potatoes in a lightly greased pan. Sprinkle a little bit of salt. Bake while flipping back and forth.

Chop 1/4 red paprika, 1/4 green pepper and 1/4 onion.

Cut one crab stick into bite pieces.

Break 3 eggs into a bowl and put them in. Add chopped vegetables and crab sticks. Then add 3 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of pepper and mix well.

Place pre-baked potatoes in an oiled frying pan. And pour in the egg mixture.

Now cook it slowly over low heat.

Please turn off the light. Cover a plate larger than the diameter of the pan like a lid. Turn the pan over and move the pretata onto the plate. And put it back in the frying pan. If you do this, the top of the pretata will go to the bottom of the frying pan, right?
Now cook the bottom over low heat until it's fully cooked.
