I see some veggies and Vienna sausages in the fridge. I'll have to make fried rice. Fried rice is easy to make and tastes good, so I often make it as a menu for eating alone. You're chosen for fried rice today.

  • Vienna sausage

  • Paprika
    1/4ea
  • pepper
    1/4ea
  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Potato
    1/2ea
  • Eggs
    1ea
  • instant rice
    1serving
  • Oyster sauce
    2spoon
  • Salt
    3little
  • ground pepper
    2little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut 5 Vienna sausages into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Chop 1/4 red paprika, 1/4 green pepper, 1/4 onion and 1/2 medium potato.
STEP 3/6
Place chopped vegetables in an oiled frying pan. Season with 3 pinch of salt and 2 pinch of pepper. And mix it well and stir-fry it.
I'm going to add rice and eggs later, so I added more salt.
STEP 4/6
When the vegetables are cooked, add the pre-cut Vienna sausage and a bowl of rice. Then add 2 spoons of oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.
STEP 5/6
Push the fried rice to one side of the pan. Add a little more oil and add 1 egg. Make scrambled eggs and stir-fry them with fried rice.
STEP 6/6
Stir-fry Vienna sausage after making cuts.
