STEP 1/9
First, boil water in a pot.
Lobsters taste better when steamed instead of boiled.
STEP 2/9
Put the lobster in the steamer, and when the water boils, put the steamer in and steam it for 10 to 15 minutes, and you're done steaming the lobster.
It's really simple, right?
Lobster steaming varies from size to size, only 10 minutes of steaming on a lobster tail basis.
If it's a frozen lobster tail, it's better to melt it in cold water or steam it after defrosting in the refrigerator!
STEP 3/9
Add a spoonful of butter, a little sugar and half a spoon of garlic and mix well.
You can skip the sugar.
STEP 4/9
If you're done steaming the lobster, you need to trim it.
STEP 5/9
Turn the lobster shell over and put scissors on both sides of the inside to cut it off easily.
STEP 6/9
Remove the skin and spread the prepared lobster butter sauce over the lobster flesh, and place on top of the cheese.
STEP 7/9
And if you heat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 to 10 minutes, the lobster butter is done. :D
STEP 8/9
I ground the cheese and sprinkled it, and it was much better!
If you don't have an air fryer, an oven, a microwave, and a frying pan are fine.
It's steamed in advance and it's about two-thirds cooked.
The sauce seeps in and the cheese is cooked until it melts, so if you don't have an air fryer or oven, you can steam it a little more.
STEP 9/9
You can put the completed lobster butter on a plate and eat it deliciously.
It's cooked well, so even with a fork, the weight comes up.
It's salty and butter-flavored. It's so delicious.
If you're worried about a special menu, I'd really recommend it!
You can put in or take out the TIP.
You can add a little mayonnaise or a little sugar.
If you don't like minced garlic, skip it and just add butter.
