I'd like to share a recipe for chicken gospels soup that has been modified to suit my taste based on the Jongwon Baek's recipe for braised spicy chicken.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Prepare vegetables for braised spicy chicken and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the lightly cooked chicken again.

I'm going to make braised spicy chicken now. I referred to the Jongwon Baek's recipe and added or subtracted the amount of sauce to suit my taste.

After putting the chicken and vegetables in a large pot, Mascova also added sugar (unfixed sugarcane). If you add sugar, it will remove the smell of chicken.

In addition to red pepper powder and soy sauce, I added red pepper paste and cooking sugar. I also put in garaetteok. It's similar to making tteokbokki. And if you add pepper, the flavor comes alive. Don't forget garlic and cheongyang peppers

Lastly, I added sesame leaves and thick green onions, adjusted to low heat, and boiled it for about 10 minutes.
