My grandmother made it for me when I was young It's also a food that brings back memories. It's been a while since I made it It reminded me of the old taste and it was good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Slice carrots and pickled radish thinly.
STEP 2/10

Rinse it in cold water
Drain on a sieve.

Vinegar 1, plum extract 1, sugar 0.5, oligosaccharide 1
Add 1 cooking wine, 1 chopped green onion, 1 sesame oil, and a little bit of sesame salt
Mix it evenly.

Mix the blanched glass noodles with sesame oil
Put it in a bowl.

Put it on top so it's easy to eat.
