STEP 1/10
Slice carrots and pickled radish thinly.

In a pan with a bit of cooking oil
Stir-fry the carrots.
I seasoned it with salt and stir-fried it.

Cut the fish cake in half
I chopped it up.

Stir-fry lightly in a dry pan.

Wash it.
Put a little bit of salt in the boiling water
Blanch and rinse with cold water and shake off the water.

Add salt, sesame oil, and sesame seeds
Season with salt.

Boil the glass noodles.

Soak the normal ones for about 20 minutes and blanch them.

Rinse it in cold water
Drain on a sieve.

Soy sauce 3, red pepper powder 2, ground garlic 1
Vinegar 1, plum extract 1, sugar 0.5, oligosaccharide 1
Add 1 cooking wine, 1 chopped green onion, 1 sesame oil, and a little bit of sesame salt
Mix it evenly.

Mix the blanched glass noodles with sesame oil
Put it in a bowl.
And the garnish and sauce that I prepared on the edge
Put it on top so it's easy to eat.

Depending on your preference and refrigerator situation
