Old Tteokbokki in front of the school made with HACCP certified
I wanted to eat old rice cake bok, a soul food that I ate on my way home from school, so I made it using the Hacup certified product.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut onions, cabbages, and fish cakes into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/10
Please mix the seasoning and make the sauce.

Add 600ml of water and bring to a boil.

When the water starts to boil, add the sauce first and bring it to a boil.

If the water with the sauce boils hard, add the prepared ingredients except for rice cake and ramen noodles.

Add rice cake when vegetables and ingredients are cooked.

Add rice cake, mix and cook, and add a handful of green onions.
STEP 8/10
Add ramen noodles at the end and turn off the heat when the noodles become firm.
STEP 9/10
Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame seeds.
STEP 10/10
I made it using wheat cake, fish cake, and sausage HACCP products.

Boil the sauce in boiling water first. When it boils, add ingredients other than rice cake and ramen noodles Cook it first.
