STEP 1/15
In a large bowl, separate the whites of 3 eggs and prepare.
STEP 2/15
Whip it with a whipping machine, please.
STEP 3/15
Whip the egg whites until they bubble up.
STEP 4/15
Put 10g of starch powder through a sieve.
STEP 5/15
I'd like 30 grams of sugar, too.
If you are sensitive to the fishy smell of eggs, add a little vanilla oil.
STEP 6/15
Add starch powder, sugar, and (pigmentation) and add whipping, creating a wavy pattern, and when you lift the whisk, the horns stand up.
Whip until the horns are firm.
STEP 7/15
When whipped, preheat oven to 150 degrees.
STEP 8/15
Place teflon sheets or paper foil in pan and add some meringue.
STEP 9/15
Add one or two drops of food coloring to the remaining meringue.
STEP 10/15
I mixed it lightly with a spatula once or twice. If you want to apply the color all over, you can lightly turn it with a whipping machine.
STEP 11/15
Put all the meringue on the pan.
STEP 12/15
Trim with spatula until desired shape.
I tried to make it into a cloud shape, but it just became a mountain shape. lol
STEP 13/15
Heat it in a preheated oven at 150 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
It depends on the device, so please adjust it while looking at the color.
STEP 14/15
Looking at the finished shape, I should have put the meringue on top and made it smooth.
I was in a hurry because I was afraid it would sink, so the shape is disappointing.
STEP 15/15
When I cut half of the cloud bread, it looks like it's baked well. It's soft and soft to the touch. It's nice to melt gently
When you take it out of the oven and remove it, it's a little different from the Teflon sheet, so you have to be careful when you remove it.
It smells a bit fishy, so I recommend putting in vanilla oil
