Cooking Steps

In a large bowl, separate the whites of 3 eggs and prepare.

Put 10g of starch powder through a sieve.

When you take it out of the oven and remove it, it's a little different from the Teflon sheet, so you have to be careful when you remove it. It smells a bit fishy, so I recommend putting in vanilla oil
