How to make sweet potato kimchi rice
You can't leave out kimchi when you eat sweet potatoes, right? If it's with rice, it's a meal

Ingredients
  • Rice
    1cup
  • sweet potato
    150g
  • Kimchi
    70g
  • kelp broth
    1cup
  • perilla oil
    1TS
  • brewed soy sauce
    1TS
  • Sugar
    1ts
  • black sesame
    little
  • Scallions
    little
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Pour 1 cup of water into the kelp to make kelp broth.
STEP 2/7
Put 1 tablespoon of perilla oil in a heated pot and stir-fry minced kimchi and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
STEP 3/7
When kimchi is fried, add soaked rice and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and stir-fry it.
STEP 4/7
When the rice is stir-fried, put the sweet potatoes cut into 1cm thick pieces..
STEP 5/7
Add kelp broth and cook rice.
STEP 6/7
Boil it over low heat for 12 to 15 minutes, turn off the heat, and let it boil for 10 minutes.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds and chives.
You can add mozzarella cheese on top~^^
