STEP 1/8
I prepared all the ingredients
Chop the green onion, remove the string from the egg, and mix it well

Cut the tomatoes into 3 pieces, 6 pieces, and then cut them in half
I broke two eggs, too
It's softer if you add 3 to 4 bottles of milk
There's no milk in the fridge, so I just put the eggs in

You can use regular cooking oil, but I used butter to add flavor
When butter melts, beat eggs and stir with chopsticks
I made scrambled eggs and put them in another bowl

Put cooking oil in a pan of scrambled eggs
Add green onion to make green onion oil
Stir-fry green onion oil until the green onion is separated and golden

Add 0.4 large spoon of oyster sauce, 0.3 large spoon of soy sauce, and stir-fry it to give it a taste of fire
If you don't have enough seasoning, you can add salt

Put oyster sauce and soy sauce on high heat and stir-fry it until it's pressed
If it's salty after tasting it
Stir-fried tomato eggs that are well seasoned when you add eggs
Lastly, turn off the heat and add some sesame oil and pepper
