I don't think there's a lot of skate sashimi. Of course, it was sliced thickly, but they boiled squid and added it. Then it'll be seasoned squid along with seasoned skate sashimi. It's raw skate and squid seasoned with vinegar.
Add red pepper paste, red pepper powder, lemon juice, sesame oil, sesame seeds, mustard, and plum juice. The skate sashimi didn't have a pungent taste, so I added lotus mustard to give it a taste.

It's fermented skate sashimi seasoned again. It wasn't fermented enough, so I added lemon juice and extra soft mustard. I think the seasoned skate tastes better when it's fermented.
On top of that, the seasoned skate should be completely sour, but I thought it was only sweet.
I think it would have been better if I bought fermented skate, put carrots in water parsley, and seasoned them. Don't work twice

There's still some seasoned vinegar left. If it's too much to eat alone, you can eat a meal on the weekend with what's leftover. First, add the red pepper paste.

I didn't think it would taste right, so I added young radish kimchi and kimchi soup.
