Choose the paprika that stands well, then cut off the top and dig out the insides.

Chop onions, peppers, and enoki mushrooms into small pieces.

Add the prepared vegetables to 3 eggs and season with 1 tsp salt. I added a little water to soften it. (approximately 1/4 cup)

It's convenient to put it in a cup that's good to pour.

Leave some space in the paprika and pour it in.

I closed the lid and microwave it for 6 minutes, and it's as soft and delicious as I did in an earthen pot. (The time varies depending on the microwave and you can steam it in a steamer.)
If you cut it, reduce the amount of water and have 1 to 2 minutes more. Please refer to the video at the top. If you cut it but it's not cooked well, cut it and cook it more in the microwave. There's a time difference between microwave ovens.
