Place 1 tablespoon butter over low heat and toast bread until golden brown

Put jam on the toast

Put the egg bossam on top

If you cover it with bread, it's a sweet, salty, savory caramelizing onion-containing egg bossam toast!
Stir-fry onions on high heat and it will burn, so stir-fry them on medium heat for about 20 minutes and caramelize them.
