Instant Pot Anchovy Broth
I bought instant pot and made broth. I'll record it for you later (Cooking beginner)

Ingredients
  • Anchovy
    2~3handful
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • Radish
    suitably
  • leek
    5-6piece
  • Shiitake mushroom
    suitably
  • Shrimp.
    suitably
  • Sea tangle

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/3
Please stir-fry anchovies and shrimps
It would be nice to have dried shrimp (to remove the fishy smell), but I didn't have it, so I did what I had. LOL
STEP 2/3
Add the rest of the ingredients (as they are;) and cook - high pressure for 30 minutes
Because of the bitter taste, I put the kelp in the stir-fry mode after high pressure cooking and put it back in for 20 minutes
STEP 3/3
The thick broth is done!
I'm thinking of storing a few thick broths and using the existing ingredients again to see the concentration and mix them
Pressure/Stir-Fry function is 30\20 minutes, but warm-up time is long. Please give me plenty of time I put 200g in a breast milk pack and use it for many purposes I'm a beginner at cooking It's hard to find a recipe every time. The recipe that I settled down Please understand if it's sloppy because it's for recording purposes (It doesn't seem to have a private function.)
