Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cook sliced garlic in a pan with plenty of olive oil over medium-low heat.
STEP 2/5
Add the clean prawn and bake with 1 tablespoon of mirin.

Add enoki mushrooms and stir-fry them.
STEP 4/5
Add 1 tablespoon butter, pepperoncino (optional), and katsuobushi (optional) and season to taste with salt and pepper.
