It's red sea bream sashimi. When it's ready, wipe off the oil and moisture with a towel. It was the same when we had the flatfish sashimi last time.

The small parts in the front and back are sliced and put in the raw fish bowl. Then I'll eat a lot of raw fish and I'll be full with rice with raw fish.

It's a vegetable picked from the garden. You can rip it with your hands and put it in. If possible, it would be better to just tear it by hand without using a knife. Of course, hands should be washed hands.

The vegetables in the raw fish bowl are simple. I just used the vegetables in the house. In addition to ssam vegetables, it is carrot and cabbage.

I made a lot of red pepper paste. I have to empty the red pepper paste container, but I made red pepper paste here because I didn't want to waste the red pepper paste.

First, put the red sea bream sashimi on the plate. You can dip it in wasabi soy sauce or red pepper paste.
If you add cooking wine and wasabi to thick soy sauce, you can make a simple but delicious wasabi soy sauce.

Put rice and put carrot, cabbage, and vegetables on it. Even though it's not a lot of ingredients, to show a lot, I'll put it up according to the color. And in the middle, put red sea bream sashimi on top.

Put red pepper paste on top of it, put sesame oil around it, and sprinkle sesame seeds on it, and you're done with red sea bream sashimi.
