STEP 1/7
Chop red paprika, yellow paprika, green pepper and onion.
It tastes better if you add various vegetables, so it would be good to use the spare vegetables in the refrigerator. Eating a lot of vegetables is good for your health, right?
STEP 2/7
It's good if you add tofu with dumpling filling, right? Crush the tofu half and drain.
When you mash tofu, you can mash it easily by putting it in a sanitary bag and knead it.
STEP 3/7
I'll stir-fry 1 cup of pork. In an oiled pan, add the pork meat, add salt and pepper, season, and stir-fry evenly.
It's better to cook the meat for dumpling filling before putting it in. If you add raw meat, you can burn blood while trying to grill it until the meat is cooked.
STEP 4/7
In a large bowl, add stir-fried pork minced meat, mashed tofu, and chopped vegetables. And season it with salt and pepper. I put in 1/4 spoon of salt.
STEP 5/7
Dip the rice paper in warm water, remove and place on a plate.
STEP 6/7
Place dumpling filling on top of softened rice paper. Wrap it around the rice paper. First, wrap it around and roll it around.
STEP 7/7
Place rice paper dumplings on a greased pan. Bake until golden, turning back and forth.
Pork is already cooked, so you don't have to grill it for too long. Even if you grill it in Rome, the dumpling skin made of rice paper is golden brown.
You have to stir-fry the pork in advance and put it in the dumpling filling. If you add raw meat, it can burn if you grill it until it's cooked.
