Cooking Steps
STEP 1/15
Preparing ingredients
Thin pork dumplings, tofu for frying pan, pizza cheese
Dumpling - Recommended for use with thin dumpling skin
Tofu - Using Hard Tofu
Pizza cheese - used for lumping stuffing (slice cheese available depending on product)

Preparing ingredients
Thin Meat Dumplings - Store at room temperature 30 minutes before use
Tofu - Wash in running water once
Pizza cheese - Store at room temperature 30 minutes before use - Recommended for use in soft conditions
Soy sauce, sugar, water. - Mix it and recommend

Cut tofu in half first
Slice it into 0.5 to 0.7 cm thick pieces
STEP 5/15
Put some flour on the tofu to make it hard
STEP 6/15
Add enough oil to the pan and cook until golden brown
(Use plenty of oil like frying because it can burn if there's less oil - recommended)
STEP 7/15
Grill the other side until it's golden brown
Turn it over and be careful not to splash oil!!

Put the cooked tofu on the kitchen towel and drain the oil

Preparing the filling ingredients
Cut dumplings at room temperature into small pieces within 1cm
(No to chop too big/finely)
Pizza cheese - prepared in a soft state

Mix sliced dumplings and pizza cheese evenly

Put grilled tofu on the pan
(Use a pan without oil)

Put the filling on top of it'em

Lastly, put dumplings on top and cover it with ingredients
When the cheese melts to a certain extent, add 1/2 of the soy sauce and boil it down
Soy sauce burns quickly, so be careful!!

When the moisture is gone, flip it over and add 1/2 soy sauce and boil it down again

Let it cool for 5 minutes and put it on a plate
