Super simple. Making delicious cucumber kimchi
I bought a bag of pickle cucumbers, I was lazy, and then I threw them all away... I lost my mind and bought another bag. Do I like cucumber? No, no My body is in Canada, but my mother in Korea likes cucumber... Am I very filial? Unfortunately, no, no I always seem to be blinded by the pickle cucumber bag because of that one sentence, "My mom likes cucumber."

STEP 4/5

STEP 5/5
Lie down in the middle and turn upside down so that the pickle water is evenly soaked.
I made a small amount for a family of one or two. After 3-4 days, it's pretty squishy and never too much, so you'll be able to eat it all before you get tired of it.^^ It's not that salty, so you just have to rinse it in water and mix it. Don't throw away pickle water and use it to make cold cucumber salad.
