He is a regular customer of side dishes that are delicious and you can't get enough of it even if you eat it often. I added almonds and stir-fried them together.

I'm going to put in almonds, so I cut them in half. If you don't have almonds, you can replace them with walnuts or skip them.

First, stir-fry anchovies in a heated dry pan.
(I don't put cooking oil.)
Then you get something like anchovy powder.
If you fry it in a dry pan, the stir-fried anchovies become crispy. When you stir-fry it, the moisture of the anchovies, which were a little wet, evaporates and becomes crispy and golden. Until now, stir-fry it a bit.
STEP 3/8
When the moisture of the anchovies is gone and it is crispy, put the anchovies in a strainer and remove the powder. If you filter it out, you can eat it more neatly.

Clean the pan with powder again and then add some cooking oil. And stir-fry the jiri anchovies.

Push the anchovies to one side and add half a spoon of soy sauce to the other side. Then the soy sauce boils, and then tilt the pan so that it can soak evenly into the anchovies.
If this is a hassle, you can just put soy sauce in anchovies.

After that, add almonds and stir-fry them together, and then add oligosaccharide. My family eats stir-fried anchovies sweetly, so they put in 2 spoons of oligosaccharide.
Stir-fry it well, taste it, and add the insufficient seasoning to suit your taste.
Lastly, if you add a bit of sesame oil and stir-fry it one more time, you're done making stir-fried almond anchovies!!
