Colabi radish kimchi/collabi preparation

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Cut the end of the colabi.
STEP 2/10
Peel off the skin like a knife.It has a lot of wick, so it is cut thickly.

Colabi is cut into pieces.
STEP 4/10
Cut a carrot into half-moon pieces.
STEP 5/10
Cut half an apple into similar sizes as Colabi.
STEP 6/10
Prepare onions and green onions in a large bowl.

Add seasoning ingredients and mix.

Put the sauce on the prepared vegetables

Radish kimchi is spicy and sweet kalabi kkakdugi that doesn't need time.
Mom's salted fish is made by herself, so the salinity is a little different, so please adjust it while tasting it. Unlike radish, colabi can reduce the time to pickle.
