First, I'm going to make boiled eggs.
Pour enough water to cover the eggs in a pot and add half a spoonful of thick salt. When the water boils, carefully add the eggs.

Scrub the cucumber surface with a thick salt to prepare it.

Put 2 boiled eggs in a bowl and crush them.
First, I mashed it big with a spoon, then changed it to a fork and mashed it finely. Add 0.5 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp mustard and 0.3 tbsp oligosaccharide to the mashed eggs and mix well.

Place the drained cucumbers one by one on one side of the bread. I like cucumbers, so I eat them on top.
