STEP 1/16
Prepare the boneless halibut first. We used domestic natural flatfish.
These days, you can get it easily on Coupang or Market Kurly!
STEP 2/16
When it opens, it is divided into four pieces that are easy to eat.
STEP 3/16
Wash it in running water, cut the fillet into 2cm pieces, and grind it in a blender. You don't have to grind it too finely. Change it 3 times every 30 seconds.
STEP 4/16
Sprinkle salt and pepper 3 times, add 1 spoon of bread crumbs and 2 spoon of starch powder, and beat fillet.
STEP 5/16
Now place it in a patty shape and put it in the freezer for about 20 minutes.
STEP 6/16
I'll use half an onion and half of it for the sauce. Cut the onion into small squares.
STEP 7/16
Cut the rest as shown and soak it in cold water to remove the spicy taste of the onion.
STEP 8/16
After 20 minutes, take the patty out of the freezer and start making the patty.
Put flour -> egg water -> bread crumbs evenly.
Press it with your hands!
STEP 9/16
Grease a frying pan with a lot of oil and bake the patties until golden.
STEP 10/16
For hamburger sauce, add mayonnaise 4, chopped onion 2 spoons, sugar 1, salt, pepper 3 tock, wasabi 2 spoons (coffee spoon) and mix evenly!
STEP 11/16
Add 1 piece of butter (20g) and bake only the inside of the hamburger bread evenly.
STEP 12/16
Place a piece of lettuce on top of the golden brown bread.
STEP 13/16
Put flatfish patties on top of that.
STEP 14/16
Spread the sauce thoroughly on top of it.
STEP 15/16
Then, put the onion soaked in cold water on it.
STEP 16/16
Lastly, put cheese on top and cover it with bread. It's done!
