  • Korean style soy sauce

  • Salt
    1/2t
  • Sesame oil
    2T
  • Water
    1.5L
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
First, prepare the abalone.
After washing the abalone in running water, I scratched it clean with a disposable toothbrush.
Next, the abalone shell and flesh were separated with a spoon, the abalone intestines were cut out with scissors, and the teeth were removed.
STEP 2/6
Soak seaweed in water for about 30 minutes.
It's good to soak the seaweed before you touch the abalone.
STEP 3/6
Please cut the abalone for the seaweed soup.
STEP 4/6
Put 2T of sesame oil in a pot and stir-fry seaweed. Add abalone intestines and stir-fry together.
STEP 5/6
Then add 1.5L of water and boil it.
When the water boils up, add 1T of soy sauce, 1/2T of thick salt, and sliced abalone and boil for another 10 minutes.
STEP 6/6
I had a rewarding weekend because the seaweed soup with abalone that I worked hard to prepare was cooked deliciously.
