STEP 1/9
I'll trim the corvina for you.
There were 10 dried yellow corvina in this case
I took one by one, wrapped it in a plastic pack, and kept it frozen.
STEP 2/9
I took out four and left them at room temperature for a while.
Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
STEP 3/9
I'll remove the fins first.
STEP 4/9
Tail fin, dorsal fin, thoracic fin (next to gills), ventral fin, posterior fin.
Please find all the basic sets and cut them with scissors.
STEP 5/9
Next, scratch the scales with the back of a knife
Pretty hard scales pop up.
Don't use too much force. Just do it as if you're gently scratching it.
Of course, I have to scratch it in the opposite direction, right?
STEP 6/9
Four Gulbi Finished Scaling Up
I cut it to make it look delicious
STEP 7/9
Put sesame oil on your hands
I put it on the front and back evenly.
After applying sesame oil, dried yellow corvina is ready!
I left it in the refrigerator.
You can take it out and bake it 30 minutes before you eat.
STEP 8/9
Please preheat the oven
Bake it at 190 degrees and 25 minutes.
STEP 9/9
25 minutes later
It's golden brown. It's cooked properly.
If it was baked in a frying pan, I think it would have been fried with more oil.
I think you can enjoy a lighter taste, with the oven grilled without doing anything other than the sesame oil that you applied earlier.
I think the skin is more moist and ripe.
The best thing about it is that you don't have to cook while frying oil!
Delicious dried yellow corvina, it's delicious even if it's baked in an oven.
