STEP 1/6
We are preparing domestic flatfish sashimi.
STEP 2/6
Spread frying powder on halibut sashimi. You can put it in a bag and shake it.

Pour water into the frying powder and knead it, then add the flatfish with the frying powder.

Spread bread crumbs on halibut coated with batter.
STEP 5/6
Fry it a little bit, take it out, and fry it again.
(Be careful not to fry bread crumbs for too long because they burn easily.)
