Cooking Steps

Cut the fried tofu into shreds and add the duck's pork belly, and the meat oyster mushroom.

Start the seasoning, add minced garlic, minced ginger, brewed soy sauce, pepper, and sugar.

It's a well-cooked oyster duck bulgogi. Fried tofu definitely has the best seasoning. Turn off the heat and sprinkle sesame oil and sesame seeds to mix well.

Duck bulgogi already has enough seasoning, so I didn't season the rice separately. Futomaki's rice is just plain rice without sweet vinegar or seasoning for gimbap. You just need to put a little bit of sesame oil.
