Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Wash perilla leaves in running water and put them in the basket
If you stand it vertically, the water drains easily.
STEP 2/5
10T soy sauce, 3T salted shrimp, 2T minced garlic,
2T of oligosaccharide, 3T of plum extract, and 5T of red pepper powder
Add it and mix it well.

Add chopped green onions to the sauce.
I only used soy sauce for the Jongwon Baek recipe
But since it's kimchi, salted shrimp
I put it in as a preference.

Chop the onions and carrots into the sauce
Put it in together.

Fill the cow.
I put less soy sauce and seasoned it with salted shrimp I think it's much better. If you put it in the refrigerator and eat it It's a good side dish.
