  • onion
    1/4ea
  • Red pepper powder

  • Soy sauce
    2TS
  • Oligosaccharide

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Shred 1/2 zucchini and 1/4 onion.
STEP 2/6
Grease a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry zucchini and onion.
STEP 3/6
Add 2.5 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 2 tablespoons of oligosaccharide
Reduce the heat to low and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
STEP 4/6
Boil noodles in boiling water for 4 minutes.
STEP 5/6
After 4 minutes, take it out and rinse it in cold water several times.
STEP 6/6
Put it in a bowl and put the stir-fried zucchini on top
If you add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, it's done.
