Ingredients
  • Black Tiger Shrimp
    270g
  • olive oil
  • Garlic
    15ea
  • peperoncino
    6ea
  • onion
    1/2ea
  • mushroom
    4ea
  • Chicken stock
  • Baguette
  • a plain bread

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Cut 15 garlic, 6 peperoncinos, 1/2 onions, and 4 mushrooms into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/6
Pour a lot of olive oil into the pan over low heat
Add garlic and onions and stir-fry them (10 minutes)
STEP 3/6
When garlic and onions are cooked
Add peperoncino, salt and pepper
STEP 4/6
After 10 minutes, when the garlic is golden brown
Put the shrimp in here, please.
STEP 5/6
Add mushrooms, too.
STEP 6/6
When the shrimp is cooked red, add 1/2 tablespoon of chicken stock
Stir-fry it a bit and it's done!
