HACCP Rice Paper Toast
Safe HACCP material.. Rice paper toast made with eggs, cheese, and fish cake. Using the sticky nature of rice paper, bread was replaced, and various vegetables such as cabbage, chives, carrots, paprika, and cheongyang peppers were added to add rich texture and taste. It's a toast with all the nutrients, so a hearty and delicious meal will be enough!

Slice cabbage thinly and thinly so that it can be cooked easily.

Carrots, onions, red paprika, and fish cakes are all sliced thinly, chives are cut into similar lengths to other vegetables, and cheongyang peppers are chopped thickly.

Place all the prepared ingredients in a large bowl, crack about two eggs, add a little salt, a little sugar, and a little pepper, season and mix evenly to make street toast dough.
