Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Put 250g of radish, 80g of onion, 5g of kelp, 1/3 tablespoon of whole pepper in the bottom soup pack and 10 cups (2L) of shiitake mushroom and water in the pot.
STEP 2/8
Put 400g of Yangji together in a pot, add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce for seasoning, cover it, and boil it for 30 to 40 minutes.

After 40 minutes, take out the boiled brisket, cool it down, and tear it apart.

Add seasoning to the brisket
Add 4 tablespoons of chili oil, 2 tablespoons of minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and season the seasoned brisket for 10 minutes
