How to make delicious dongtaejeon quickly and simply
When I want to eat Dongtaejeon, I sometimes make it even if it's not a holiday. I'll make a simple pollack pancake that I keep using!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
First, put a kitchen towel on top.
Then put pollack on top and season with salt and pepper. I seasoned it for about 30 minutes.
STEP 2/4
After seasoning, coat the pollack with flour evenly. Coat the pollack evenly with pancake powder with egg water again.
STEP 3/4
Now, put enough cooking oil in the pan and top it with egg wash. And fry it until it's golden brown. The smell is already good
(I made a small amount to taste a little before the holidays.)
STEP 4/4
It's easy and simple. Dongtaejeon is done!
If you season it, you can make it quickly. The soft and light dongtae jeon is really good. Jeon dish that I keep wanting to cook!
I think it's best to eat it when it's hot and it's soft even when it's cold. Of all the jeon dishes I make on holidays, I like dongtaejeon the most! Try making a simple dongtaejeon.
