Korean side dish, salted pollack roe, egg roll
I made it with salted pollack roe, an egg roll that everyone likes, as a national side dish that is in every refrigerator.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
Add eggs, vinegar, chopped green onions, and carrots and beat well.
STEP 2/4
Pour cooking oil over low heat, pour primary egg water, and top with salted pollack roe.
STEP 3/4
Divide it into the second and third rounds and pour the egg mixture and roll it.
STEP 4/4
After cooling it down, cut it into bite-sized pieces and put it neatly on a plate and sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
