A simple recipe without failure! Kim Soo-mi's
It's a menu that I often cook for my family when I have a guest at home. It's one braised chicken from TV and it's really really delicious when you eat it with kelp and radish salad. Since it's a food that I made many times, I got know-how while making it. If you cook like it's on the show, it's more boring. I will make a liver that suits the taste of men and women of all ages, and I will tell you a simple recipe without failure. (I will introduce you to a more delicious radish salad recipe, not Kim Sumi's radish salad recipe.)

First, soak the dried kelp in water.
The slightly larger kelp was more delicious to wrap radish salad and chicken. It was really delicious to eat kelp wrapped like this.
I prepared plenty of kelp.
I think you can prepare an appropriate amount for the wrap.
STEP 2/13
Make the sauce in advance.
Put about 500ml of water in a bowl and stir well with 4 spoons of brewed soy sauce, 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of minced garlic, 2.5 spoon of sugar, 1 spoon of plum, and 1 spoon of pepper. And wait for the sauce!

I bought the smallest chicken from the mart.
Mr. Kim Soo-mi used a medium chicken (No. 12).
It's been trimmed and sold at the mart, but they trimmed it one more time. Scrub out the intestines once with a fork and wash them clean with running water.
And I also removed the oily parts. It removes the chicken poop and the oily white parts of my eyes.
Now, if you cut the chicken so that the seasoning can permeate the chicken's back, the chicken is ready!
STEP 4/13
Now prepare a deep pot or pan.
Of course, it has to be big enough to hold chickens and ingredients.
I need to close the lid, so please prepare the lid.
Pour plenty of olive oil into a heated pan. And first, bake the back side so that the back side of the cut is down.
I'm going to cook the chicken as if it's cooked.
When the back is golden brown, turn it over again.
Then the belly will come down, right? I wanted a visual like a barbecue, so I grilled the back a lot.

Now add the prepared potatoes, cheongyang red pepper, and red pepper.
Use a fork to make holes in the chili peppers
I peeled the potatoes and cut them into half-sized pieces.
And put the soaked kelp on one side.

If you put all the ingredients in, add the sauce you made earlier.
I put everything in at once. It tastes better when you put it all in and put it all in and boil it down.

But it tastes better when it's boiled down more than this!
Since then, I've changed it to medium heat and kept sprinkling the sauce on the chicken's back to boil it down more.
It can't be without too much soup. It tastes better when there is enough soup to dip the chicken, so boil it down moderately.

Kim Sumi's one braised chicken is done! Doesn't it really look like a dish?
It's also good for housewarming or home party cooking.
Kim Soo-mi's braised chicken is more important than just eating it!!!!!!!
It's delicious when you eat it with kelp and radish salad.
If you just eat chicken, you'll think it's boring.

It's so delicious to cut a soft chicken leg and eat it with meat and radish salad in kelp!
