Cooking Steps

Please prepare the ingredients.

Sprinkle halibut with salt and pepper and let stand for 5 minutes. Cut acorn jelly into squares and cut cucumbers into round pieces.

Make the sauce with soy sauce, vinegar, red pepper powder, sugar, sesame oil, and ground garlic.

Drain halibut with kitchen towel and cut it into 2~3cm sizes.

Put frying powder and water in a bowl, make a batter, then put halibut and coat it with frying clothes.

Pour cooking oil into the wok, heat it up over medium-low heat, add halibut and fry it deliciously. Spoon the remaining batter and fry it. (Tip. If you heat up the oil on high heat, it may burn as soon as you put in the fried food.)

Place fried flatfish on kitchen towel and remove grease.

Place acorn jelly in a bowl and place 2 to 3 pieces of cucumber on top of it. Place a teaspoon of marinade on top of the mukoi and spread the fries in the middle of the bowl. Put the flatfish on top of the fried food, place the sprouts on top of the muk cucumber, and sprinkle the sesame seeds.
