Steak with potato kiwi puree and kiwi wine sauce
It's a steak that you can make at home with a fresh, sweet taste of kiwi. With beef, various vegetables, puree, and sauce, it's nutritious!! These days, when you can't eat out comfortably, how about setting up a restaurant atmosphere at home?

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/12
The main ingredient I'm going to use today is Jessfree Green Kiwi.
STEP 2/12
When peeling kiwis, cut both ends and peel them.
Next, grind 2 kiwis on the grater and prepare them.
STEP 3/12
* Making potato kiwi puree
Slice the potatoes thinly and boil in boiling water.
Sieve the boiled potatoes and mash them. (If you add a spoon of butter, you'll get a more delicious puree.) ~)
Add mashed potatoes, two pinch of salt, and 2 spoonfuls of ground kiwi and you're done!
STEP 4/12
Please trim the vegetables for the steak.
I cut onions into squares and carrots into round shapes.
Please prepare the mushrooms in bite-sized pieces.
STEP 5/12
Carrots are thick, so I blanch them in boiling water and stir-fry them.
STEP 6/12
Stir-fry onions and mushrooms in a pan, too.
STEP 7/12
Season the steak with salt and pepper
Add 1 spoonful of ground kiwi and marinate.
(Kiwi breaks down the beef's protein to make the meat soft!)
STEP 8/12
Grease the pan with olive oil and cook the meat front and back while the pan is heated. (Bake over high heat for 30 seconds each.)
STEP 9/12
*Making kiwi wine sauce
Bring to a boil over low heat a cup of red wine and 2 tsp sugar.
Add 3 spoons of ground kiwi when it is reduced to half.
Boil it on low heat for another 3 minutes and it's done.
STEP 10/12
Place potato kiwi puree in bowl.
STEP 11/12
Place roast steak and stir-fried vegetables and sprinkle with kiwi wine sauce.
STEP 12/12
It's a perfect match with softened beef, potato puree, and sweet and sour kiwi wine sauce thanks to kiwi!!
You can make kiwi red wine sauce and use it as a salad dressing.
