  • pan frying powder
    1/4cup
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/4
There are small and medium sized pine mushrooms. I used the medium size. Slice it thinly and spread the pancake powder back and forth.
STEP 2/4
Add chives and red pepper to the egg and season with salt.
STEP 3/4
Grease a pan with cooking oil and put an egg on the mushroom when it is heated. Take out the ingredients (chives and red peppers) and put them on top.
STEP 4/4
You can just eat it, or dip it in seasoned soy sauce, buldak sauce, ketchup, etc. I often use buldak sauce.
The thicker the egg water, the more delicious it is. Lay out the oil paper in advance. (Please refer to other ways in the video.)~)
